MATERIAL AND SERVICE CHARGE

 
 
 Materials & Services Charges 2007

 School Fees for 2006 will be $180 per student, due by Friday 30th March.  A $20 discount applies if paid in full before 3pm Friday 9th February 2007.

 Preschool fees will remain at $32 per term per student with a $5 discount (per term) if paid before the first Friday of each term.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS at the Front Office.  Direct Debit arrangements can be made by contacting the office.

What are Materials and Services Charges?

Materials and Services Charges include all stationery that your child will need and support the purchase and use of resources and consumables across the school curriculum.  For taxation purposes, all stationery remains the property of the school.  A breakdown of the charges is on the reverse of your tax invoice.

Instalments

Payments can be made by instalment.  These arrangements can be altered by mutual agreement at any time by contacting Cheryl in the front office.

School Card

APPLICATIONS MUST BE RENEWED EVERY YEAR

A School Card payment to cover M&S charges (not including Preschool) will be available from DECS for families who meet the low income criteria as at July 2006.   Form ED003A has been included but if you are self employed or wish to apply under other circumstances please contact the office for a different form.   Responsibility for payment of school fees remains with the family until approval is received from the School Card section.

NB:  If you have children at more than one school please lodge a form with BOTH schools.

If you are eligible and don’t apply each year the school loses valuable funding and you become liable for the fees for that year.   We will be organising a raffle similar to last year, there will be two prizes of $50 credit to use as detailed below provided the form is lodged with us before the end of term 1.

§         either a $50 credit to any outstanding invoices on your school account or if you have no such invoices,  a $50 credit that you can use through the year for students’ excursions or camps, uniforms, preschool fees or other school related purchases. (not including canteen) 

This raffle will be conducted within the school (we will not be giving out the tickets) so that there is no confusion between the two.  These forms are very important to both you and us so please ensure your forms come to the office and don’t lie forgotten in the bottom of your child’s school bag.
